Our Services Brief

1. Responsibility for all planning and execution of the project in stipulated time frame.
2. Responsible for all correspondence related to the project.
3. Responsible for required technical staff deployment for the project.
4. Submission of all design mix like Bitumen, Job mix formula of GSB/WMM,Concrete mix design to the consultant.
5.Co-ordinate with management on various issues i.e related to Machine/Material.
6.Responsible for optimum machine power deployment at required site.
7.Responsible for co-ordination with the sub-contractor for work execution,billing process etc.
8. Responsible for day to day progress review and achieve the target.
9.Draw the critical path if anything is lagging in respect of progress of the work.
10. To assist in mobilising the Hot mix plant/RMC plant operator/staff.
11. Responsible to reconcile the stock and material to be used at site.

Financial obligations from management side.

1. Conveyance for site activities has to be arranged by the PMC company which is to be reimbursed by the client on monthly basis on production of the bill.
2. Fooding and Lodging for the staff deputed at site has to be arranged by the PMC company.
3.All financial aspects,procurement of material,machinery,lab equipments and miscellaneous items are within the scope of by the client.
4.All legal matters pertaining to the project are within the scope of the client.

Project Management Consultancy Charges

1. Mobilisation advance has to be paid by the client on actual expenses incurred.
2. Staff shall be deployed at the site within 30 days time of receiving the work order from the client.
